The 100 Workout Program is in use by hundreds of thousands of people around the world, in many different forms. The program doesn’t have an official “founder”, and anyone trying to sell you a book about The 100 Workout is essentially just writing down what’s already available on sites like this one.
The idea behind The 100 Workout Program is that you work through a “reverse pyramid” workout; the first exercise has 100 repetitions, and it works down to just 10 in the 10th exercise. The most common variation of The 100 Workout is the one seen below, but since the goal is to get fit while having fun feel free to change and modify this one as you see fit. As we come across other versions of The 100 Workout, or if you want to share yours in the comments, we will post them up on the site for all to see.
In the beginning, your goal should just be to complete The 100 Workout in its entirety. It might not look like much, [donationlocker]but The 100 Workout is a challenging workout that leaves many first-timers gasping for air and wondering how they are supposed to finish. However, as you continue to work you will find that you get into great shape very quickly, and once you can complete The 100 Workout without stopping you can begin to add weights and set a goal time to make things more difficult.
