The best part about The 100 Workout is that it is *free*. There’s no books to buy, no gurus to support, and no expensive nutritional mumbo-jumbo is required. All it takes to complete The 100 Workout is drive, determination and a willingness to get in shape!
The best place to start is The 100 Workout Program, which gives you the standard 100 Workout exercises and guides you on how to perform them. You can learn about the different 100 Workout exercises as well: jumping jacks, abdominal crunches, squats, leg lifts, and running are all covered in great detail, with pictures, videos and more.
